Vanessa Zarate (b. 1979) is a multidisciplinary artist originally from Torrance, California. The artist began performing professionally at the age of 11, later earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Art with an emphasis in Music. She has a self-taught practice in painting and sculpture and maintains studios in Los Angeles, Mexico City, and the Yucatán where she works with international artists.
